Counseling -
Kate's
counseling technique involves a combination of counseling skills
and intuitive abilities through which unconscious information is
accessed that
may not previously been known. By accessing
hidden experiences and information, Kate enables a client to find,
resolve and release limiting patterns and beliefs and to move past
situations that appear to be blocking the energy in their lives.
These sessions are interactive and highly experiential and will
often include higher guidance and information that is Channeled through
Kate. Deep clearing and releasing energy work are incorporated
within each counseling session. The aim of these sessions
is to help you to move forward and empower
you to reconnect with your own inner guidance and
wisdom. As the shifts occur within, you will gain a sense of
discovery, resolution and relief.
Spiritual
Mentoring and
Guidance is a unique, individualized learning process through which you
can
identify your Spiritual goals, develop a plan of study, and receive
appropriate
individualised instruction and guidance.Kate uses her intuition and Spirituality to support
you in becoming
conscious and aware of your own true nature, assisting you to achieve
Spiritual
growth, heightened awareness, clarity and inner peace.
Spiritual
mentoring is not
therapy.If personal issues or
emotional problems are interfering with or complicating your ability to
achieve
your goals, therapy or counselling may be suggested to heal and resolve
those
issues.
Spiritual mentoring can be
done face-to-face, via scheduled Skype sessions, or via email.You may determine the frequency of
consultations,
which can be as often as once a week, bi-weekly or monthly.Sessions generally last on hour.

Shamanic Energy
Healing -
Every
living thing that exists is permeated by a universal energy that

Energy healing is the art of correcting energetic defects and blockages
in the
energy field.It is a process using the

and balance all the energy centers and bodies of an individual.The purpose is to restore the flow of energy
to its strong and natural state and correct any defects that are
present,

Channeling

the flow of intelligent energy from subtle dimensions to this one.
This energy can be used for both healing and communication.
Channeling is
the ability to have direct access into what has been termed the Akashic
Records. These records are a stream of consciousness that flows
near and around every living thing. In these records are stored
and contained all knowledge, images and information relating to you as
a human, a Soul and a Spirit.
As
a channel
Kate interprets the energy of Spirit and all information is given
through visions and direct verbal dialog with Spirit. A channeled
reading will help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself,
enhancing your personal growth as well as answer specific questions

Life Regression-
Details
of every event, thought and emotion you have ever experienced in your
current lifetime, your past lifetimes and even the time between
lifetimes, is stored in your subconscious. Fearful or painful
experiences trap stagnant blocks of energy in the emotional, mental and
