Expressing Love through Truthful Communication

Many of you do not understand or have forgotten how to communicate with love. You spend your time communicating out of anger and fear in every communication you have, whether it be with a loved one, a partner, a child, or a friend. The emotions of fear and anger do not make for truthful or light communication and keep you in a space of negativity and fear. Many are fearful and are anxious as to how their communication will come across. Many are afraid of being rejected or laughed at should they express truthfully their love. Many live their lives in this space and never enter into a truthful conversation because they fear the pain. But we tell you that once there is loving communication you will be in a place of love and will only feel love. This may be hard for many of you to understand because you have always been taught and shown to hide your emotions and to hold back on expressing love. You are loving beings and you go against yourself and the Divine by not expressing yourself in loving ways and especially through communicating. You hold back on expressing your love and expressing yourself because of fear – again we tell you that the higher vibrations no longer tolerate fear based emotions. It is time to let go of that “old” way of being and to embrace the loving spirit that you truly are.

There are many different forms of loving expression and we urge you to discover these tools that will help you to express your truth. These tools will help you to create your life from a place of love rather than fear or anger. These tools can be anything from painting, writing, music, dancing or any other creative expression. Each individual will resonate with a different expression and it will be up to you to find the tool that will best resonate with you at this time. As you work with the different tools your vibration will lift and in due course you will begin to experience other ways of communicating and will explore different facets of yourself through these expressions.

When you open yourself up to a higher vibration your heart chakra is activated and the energy pours into this centre and radiates out of all the chakras. You begin to feel as though your heart will burst as it is filled with love, acceptance and joy. These emotions have not been at the forefront of your lives for many centuries and it is important for you to access them and utilize them in your daily life. The patterns of old do not hold any substance and it will be harder and harder for you to work in the old ways as they no longer exist. We urge you to let these memories die and to allow yourself to become receptive to the new vibrations. We have talked often of the new ways of being and we are now here to work with you and to give you the tools for living in the New Earth. All you need to do is ask for direction and we shall be there to answer your prayer.

As you begin to enter into Paradise you will find that you will be drawn to new and different ways of communication or expression. In Paradise all are loved unconditionally and without judgement. There is no fear of failure as each individual is accepted for just that – being an individual. There are no others to follow or to please except yourself. There are no masters as you are now the masters and the creators of your own lives. You will bring the abundance, the love, the joy, the peace and the happiness into your own lives. You will no longer be reliant on others for these feelings, you will no longer feel responsible for the emotions of others. In the past this has been seen as selfishness, but it is time now for all to concentrate on themselves and to enter into a journey of self discovery. Along this journey you will find those that resonate with your higher vibration and who will help you to see yourself truthfully and without illusion. You will begin to see yourself as the loving, beautiful soul that you are.

Relationships are now built on energy resonance and therefore there can only be truthful and loving communication. You will begin to discover that the emotions and feelings of love that you have for one another are reciprocated and there will be no fear of rejection or failure. As long as your vibrations resonate so your relationship will flourish and become more loving.

"The 12:12 Stargate and What it Means for Planet Earth"

The 12:12 Stargate has passed and you have raised your consciousness into Paradise. The gifts of this level of consciousness are creative and filled with love, joy, peace and abundance. You will find a better connection to yourselves and to the Divine.

You need to understand that the raising of your vibrations was created from love and that all that you create will need to be done from your hearts and souls, not from your social conditioning or minds. The harmony of your hearts and minds is now complete, but you will still need to keep yourself and your mind in check and not allow your mind to take control as this will only cause resistance and frustration.

So many of you have been waiting for all that you feel to manifest on a physical level and we tell you that in the next few days and weeks miracles will appear and your hopes and dreams will manifest in a physical form. There is much cause for celebration, but we suggest that you allow yourself time to rest and to fully integrate into the new energy and adjust to working with this energy.

There will be a feeling of time speeding up on certain aspects of your lives and there will also be a feeling of time taking forever. Again we remind you of Divine Timing and we urge you not to force things as when the vibrations are balanced and your vibration matches the vibration of your wish the two will meet in Divine Timing. The more you resist and the more you try to force things, the longer the wait for a vibrational match.

Learn to have faith and to trust that all will happen as you have requested, but perhaps not a the time that you want it to happen. We see what is in your hearts and we are working at helping you to manifest your desires.

Be very clear about what you wish for as now is a very powerful time and your wishes and dreams will manifest far more quickly in the physical. Take time to really know yourself and your heart so that you are able to truthfully state your intentions. Look carefully at your reasons, are they all loving, are they only for good, your good and the good of others?

Are you open to receiving all that is rightfully yours as a being of light and love? Have you allowed yourself the opportunity to let go of old patterns and negative thought forms? There have been many opportunities for you to have done this, but have you allowed yourself? Have you allowed it to manifest into your lives and the way that you live your life?

Be completely truthful and honest with yourself as we are working with you, guiding you and helping you in all ways to create your Paradise!

At this time many are dealing with life changes, whether they be relationship, work related or changes within your lifestyles, views or expectations. This is all happening as it should and we ask that you have patience and to allow these changes to occur. Do not resist the changes as this will just cause frustration and anger and you will feel out of control. These changes are all a necessary part of your rapid acension to the Lumerian vibration and will bring you more in line with the new energies and your purpose.

All of you came to Earth with specific tasks or puposes to fulfill. Many of you who have been going through the ascension to the New Earth for the past few years have completed your purpose and you have been given the opportunity to stay and create a new purpose that will help you to find love, joy, peace and abundance and to create Heaven on Earth. For many, your new role will be as support and as an example to others. Your purpose will be to create and live your life from a place of Divine Love. In doing this you will help many others to make the necessary changes to accelerate their ascension to the New Earth vibration. Your contracts have been rewritten and reworked and it is time to let go of the old to allow space for the new.

Trust and have faith as the new will hold only love, abundance and happiness. Yes, we understand your fears and concerns regarding releasing and letting go of a way of life that has become comfortable because you "know" how to live this life. But you are being offered Heaven and how can you refuse? We understand that you have been taught to fear change and to resist it, but change is always present in every day and in every way. We urge you again to ask for assistance, ask for strength and courage to follow your heart. Ask and it will be granted as we are here to help and to guide you from darkness to light.

You have come so very far in such a short space of time. You have accomplished something that has never before been done and we applaud you and urge you to step up to your new paths and to walk them with confidance knowing that we walk beside you. Know too that the journey is easier and your travelling filled with only love and light.

As more and more of you awaken to your new paths and take up your new roles the easier it will become to work with the new energy. At present there are so few who are carrying this energy and light that it is heavy and you are exhausted. We know that on many levels you are tired, but you are so close to Heaven that just a few more steps will lead you into a wonderful and beautiful new existance.

Have you seen the excitement and joy that radiates out from your children and the children around you? See life from a child's view. Look for the excitement and adventure of every new day and every new experience. Become a child filled with wonder and amazement at all that you see and all that you experience.

This life is an adventure, this life is an experience meant to be savoured and enjoyed. Fill you heart with love and allow the child within to find it's way. Let the children guide you and show you the way to create a world filled with wonder and innocence. These beautiful children have come to lead the way and to show you how to live a different life, one built not on fear, war and destruction, but a life filled with love.

Yes you are tired, yes you have worked so hard and now it is time to allow the child within to come out and play! You are all children of the Universe and you will find the innocence, joy and exitement that you once felt. Welcome the child within home!

You have accomplished something so wonderful that it is difficult to describe in words and now it is time to enjoy the fruits of your labours and to allow yourself to enjoy your New World and your new lives. Come and play, come and celebrate with us, for we are celebrating your accomplishments on all levels throughout the Universe. Your dreams, hopes and wishes are manifesting around you all the time, sit up and notice. Do not allow your fears to control you, follow your heart and the happiness and love that you discover will surpass any fears you think you have.

Come and play Human Angels. The Universe is your playground and the New Earth your Home!

"The 11:11 Stargate"

The 11/11 Stargate is another important opportunity to begin instigating the many changes and decisions that need to be made. It will be a time when we, the Higher Realms, again work with you in a conscious way to create a life for yourselves that is in line with your Divine Self.

It will be important for you to again connect with the Crystal Energy Grids of the Earth as this is where you will find the New Earth blueprints and codes that will enable you to create your life and your New World from a place of love rather than fear. In the past many patterns, decisions and relationships were created out of fear and these many different programs left their blueprints in the Earth for many generations to copy. It has been rewritten by you, the Lightworkers, and the fear and Armageddon scenarios no longer hold the power. We applaud you, dear ones, as we tell you again that this has never before happened in the Universe and you are setting the way forward for many others. We are awed and exhilarated at what you have achieved. All we ask is that you recognise your achievements and connect with the Great Goddess, the Mother Earth, and take on the new patterns and blueprints that have been laid out by yourselves.

You have worked so hard and come so far in such a short space of time, take your rewards and celebrate your homecoming! Many of you are asking how you can do this and our reply is to make your intentions and allow the changes to occur. There is nothing to "do" but be open and receptive. Remember that this is your wondrous creation and it is time to take ownership.

Many of you do not realise the importance of the work that you have been doing. We urge you to look at how far you have come and try not to become despondent with what you feel are recurring patterns, thoughts and emotions, as these are just memories and they are no longer part of you.

Working with the energies and recognising them is going to take some time, but you will begin to see, feel and hear these new ways of living and being. We your angels and guides, are standing with you and supporting you in the work that you are doing. Your intuition will become stronger and more pronounced as you begin receiving the New Earth blueprints. Learn to trust yourself and what you feel and hear. Learn also to forgive yourself for the forgetfulness that you chose when returning to Earth. This was what you needed to do in order to get to the place you are at now. Once you let go of the pain of loss and see the joy in returning you will be more open and receptive to receiving your happiness, love, abundance and peace. All of which is rightfully yours.

Go forward knowing that you have done all that you were meant to do. Know that you have learnt your lessons and it is now time to put that learning into practice as you begin your new life in the New Earth. Remember too to be thankful for all that you have experienced as this will enable you to recognise where you have been and where you are now.

We applaud you, your strength, your courage and your power! Go forth and receive. Be open to all that is rightfully yours.

Creating New Relationships

This month of October has been a time of discovery. Discovering the way that you relate to yourself and to others. Many of you have been forced to face how you relate to those closest to you and are seeing for the first time the patterns of abuse, neglect and pain that have been so much a part of your relationships.

You are now being offered an opportunity to change these patterns with the coming of the Grand Quintile planetary alignment on the 28th October and the 11.11 stargate. You will be given the opportunity to consciously release and create new ways of relating that benefit your higher purpose as well as those around you.

Many of you are feeling much fear and anxiety about what you are “seeing” and are battling to find ways of changing these patterns and ways of being. We ask that you look closely at your lives and especially your relationships to self and others in the next two weeks and make the necessary choices to release and create. The old patterns have no place in the New Earth and therefore you will be unable to create healthy relationships without having released all of the “old” earth patterns. The time of choice draws near and we ask you to stand together and to accept the opportunity of change with excitement and joy.

Imagine, if you will, a place where there is unconditional love and acceptance of yourself and others, where there is no judgment, where there is no pain and this is the place that you are creating for all. We ask that you join in meditation on these very special days and work on releasing and creating new patterns for yourselves. These new patterns have been coded into the New Earth and are there for you to take on as your own; all that needs to happen is for you to choose.

We see that there are many of you who are lonely and afraid and it is time to move out of that space and reconnect with your soul families and find the support and love that will help you to follow your path with love, ease and joy. Know that we of the higher realms are here with you every step of the way and all we ask in return is for your faith and trust.

Your faith has been tested on many levels this past year and we tell you now that these tests where created by yourselves and you have a choice to move forward within yourselves and to grab hold of your power of love. The faith and trust that you need is within yourself and will be found at the source of your power. The solar plexus charka is the seat of your power and the last month has been a time of releasing and opening of this chakra you have felt it physically, mentally and emotionally and now it is time to feel it spiritually. Take back your power dear ones, you have the choice. We will stand with you and help you!

You are home our dear Earth Angels and all we ask is that you recognise this and accept it.

"Changes in the Physical Body and Chakra System at this Time."

At the present time you are linking into the Crystal energy grids of the New Earth. It will be uncomfortable for the lower physical body, as you are releasing and grounding into the new Earth. At present the physical body will be effected the most and many are feeling physical symptoms of pain in the lower back, upset digestive systems and symptoms of detoxing. After October all of this will settle down and the body will get used to the new energy system and will begin to benefit from it.

You are releasing old patterns and memories of how the physical body should function and allowing the changes to occur in order for you to hold a higher vibration and to hold more light and energy.

Your lower chakras have been functioning in the old energy, and it is now time to open them up to the new Crystal energy. This energy runs from the Crown chakra down the spine into the earth, and the chakras have changed shape from discs to a cone shape with the cone point connecting with the spinal fluid / energy. The top of the cone which is in the shape of the pentagram, is now reflecting outwards and reflecting all the colours instead of just one colour for each chakra.

Since the Harmonic Concordance of November 2003, the Feminine energy has been pouring into the earth and the masculine energy has been under pressure. It is now time to allow for an integration and balance of both the masculine and the feminine energies throughout your bodies, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. The lower chakras have not yet held the feminine energy, and so far you have been concentrating on opening up the higher chakras to allow for the flow of the feminine energy through the body. October will the month of integration which will allow all to work from a higher perspective on all levels, and most importantly the physical level, where you are needing to ground the energies to create the New Earth.

October will be a month of many changes and should you not already be on your soul path, by the end of October you will begin to make the necessary changes to being following your chosen path. We ask that you embrace these changes and allow for them to occur, for they will be all good and there is no need for fear. Know that we are working with you and guiding you at all times. Many of you will begin to see and to converse with your higher self, which will help when needing to make major life decisions or changes.

We applaud your courage and we ask that you celebrate and share your energy and gifts with all humanity!

"Love and Protect the Children". The Crystal Children

The times ahead are to be filled with much light and love which will help to anchor more fully our vibration into the planet. The many parents who are parenting us are going to be guided to make changes in their lives that will enable them to find love and happiness which will filter down to the children and enable the children to feel and experience life from this perspective. Love being the most important aspect of our life and our existence.

There will be many changes felt by the children today and we ask that you show them more love and attention during this time. These children thrive on community parenting so surround them with as many loving people as possible and they will find the support and love that they need. The old ways of parenting no longer work and you will be guided to find new and different ways. Remember too that you will be told by the children what it is they need so trust your intuition and have faith in yourselves as parents.

Your children are picking up on all the pain and suffering being felt by children around the world. It is now time to stand as a united front against the atrocities that have plagued your children for many decades. The children are showing you how and it is time to follow their lead and to become their protectors. The responsibility of the children is yours, accept it and work towards finding ways to help. We urge you to do so now as the time has come to end all pain, fear and destruction and to bring in only love and light. The children need you to lead the way forward and as lighworkers it is your duty and your purpose as the children are the future.

The suffering of children will no longer be tolerated and they are working with you to bring love, peace and joy to the hearts of children around the world. Work with us and this will be achieved so much faster.

It is time for all of humanity to connect with each other, the earth and the universe and to see life from this perspective. This will come about as you all begin to work in tandem with each other and with a common goal and focus. Lightworkers across the earth are and have been working together to bring in and ground the new vibrations and now will be a time for others to take up their roles as creators of the New Earth.

Together with the lightworkers they will be showing by example the new way of being. The first step will be in creating awareness of the plight of children around the globe and the need to help and create programs to benefit the children. Many of you will be asking what it is that you can do and you will be guided to use your unique gifts in ways that will benefit the children. Some of you may view these ways as insignificant, but we would like to remind you that just one small step can lead the way to a new way of living. Do what is in your heart and follow where your heart leads you.

"The Reconnection of your Heart and your Emotions".

For many centuries now most of you have been too fearful to allow for the full range of emotions that you are capable of feeling. You have learnt from past experiences and from many past lives that to be fully connected with your heart and your emotions is too painful. For so long now your heart chakra has been disconnected from your solar plexus chakra, and your mind has had control over your emotions. At present many of you are releasing old emotional patterns and old negativity surrounding your emotions. You are all working on connecting your solar plexus chakra and heart chakra so that they can work in tandem. You are also working on renewing or rewiring the connection between your mind and your hearts so that you are better able to live from the heart and to experience from the heart.

Unfortunately, many of you have associated pain with emotions and therefore your mind has had the control over your heart in order for you to not feel, to not feel the pain. You need to release your feelings from the domination of your mind in order for you to properly experience the joy and ecstasy of your emotions. If you are disconnected from your emotions, you are unable to feel the huge range of wonderful emotions that you are capable of feeling.

Yes there will be some pain with all this releasing and reconnecting, but it is a sadness, a sadness at not having felt many of your emotions for so long. A grief at not being able to connect fully with your emotions for fear of being hurt. But there will also be great joy as you begin to see the benefits of living from your heart and the miracles that will become evident. We have told you often that fear is the opposite of love and you are not able to take any fear with you into the New Earth and so it will need to be released. This shall be the last of the releasing that you will do before the birth of the New Earth.

The next round of work that you will need to do will be connecting with the New Earth and grounding yourself and others into this Earth.

We hope that you are all enjoying this wonderful journey into who you are and we are eagerly waiting to embrace you once you reach home in the New Earth.

The Skill of Living in the Now

The world as a whole is changing so rapidly that many of you are battling to keep up. What happened yesterday is no longer relevant to today and what happened today will not be relevant tomorrow. The future doesn't exist except in our minds where most of you spend so much time thinking, planning and worrying. The future to most of you is a space that causes fear, worry, anxiety and unhappiness. If only you would take our advice and look to the present to find the answers that you need instead of looking to the past and the future, two places that do not exist. Many of you still do not understand that the answers you so desperately search for are all to be found today, inside of yourself. But you are so busy thinking, planning and worrying that there is no quite space in your body to go to, to find the answers.

We cannot stress enough that the present is what is important. Time does not exist. It was something that was created by your world to control life, to control the way that you live and what you do during your life. You are all run by time - when to eat, when to sleep, the right age to go to school, the right age to marry, the right age to have children, etc. Instead of allowing the natural flow of life to lead you and to show you the right space for all that you need to do and accomplish.

Many of you do not have the patience to sit and to wait for the right time and energy to do whatever it is that you want to. You spend so much time striving for what you want and you waste so much of your energy. Imagine just waiting and watching for the right time, for the right opportunity to present itself. You miss so much by rushing through your life. Who of you notices the small things of your world? The ants collecting food, the bee collecting pollen, the flowers growing. You who are parents how much time to do take to just be with your children, to stop living life and to just exist with them? Who of you are trying so hard to get your children to grow up too fast to get through the different stages of a child’s development because it is so time consuming? We urge you to remember that what actually counts is how you live your life today, the love that you have given and the love that you have received today.

Accept that the future will depend on how you have lived today. The energy that you have given out today will reflect the energy that awaits you tomorrow. Life moves at such a frantic pace that not many take the time to look, notice and see what is really happening to them or around them at the present moment. You are all so busy looking at what's coming next and what if there is nothing there? How many of you would cope with knowing that tomorrow doesn't exist? What if this was your last day on this beautiful planet called Earth? Could you honestly say that you have lived your life today?

The Significance of the July Blue Moon

The Blue Moon on the 31st July is a special time for those who have transitioned and those that are transitioning at present.

The Blue Moon will open up a portal which will allow those transitioning to move into the 6th dimension. It will also be the meeting point of the past, present and future and will allow for a blending of your lower and higher selves enabling you to become a full Human Angel.

To be able to function in the higher dimensions you need to have integrated your higher and lower selves into one. So as well as becoming aware of your connection to one another in the collective conscious you will become aware of your higher self working together with your lower self.

The connection to your higher self will be complete and you will not need to create a space or make time to connect with your higher self as you will be your higher self.

Many of you have been working on resolving your past life issues. We tell you that as of July 31st and the Blue Moon this will be done.. The issues from your past that needed to be resolved will be complete.

Expect to feel alot of different emotions at this time, especially grief as you learn to forgive yourself and those who have harmed or hurt you in the past.

The blending of your past, present and future selves is very important as it will allow for an integration of your higher and lower self. You will be able to manifest the peace, happiness and love that you all need in your lives. Your higher and lower selves need to integrated in order for you to be able to make the necessary choices and changes.

It is not a time for rushing into things or for major life changes as the changes that are needed will seem to happen on their own.

Your dreams will be very full at this time as you are making many of your choices and changes in the dream state.

Know that now is the time to allow for the integration of both yourselves so that they can work in harmony to create the future that is best for you.

Many of you are struggling to understand how to manifest what you want, know that the old ways of creating and manifestation do not apply in the higher dimensions. With the integration of your higher self you will start to become more instinctive of your choices, there will no longer be a time where you need to ponder, worry or plan what is best for you, it will miraculously appear. It is not a time for seeing your future and bringing it towards you, it is a time of allowing it to come when there is harmony - divine timing will be created.

We understand that this will cause alot of anxiety as many of you are unused to using energy in this way, but as you become more harmonious and accepting, it will become easier and easier. The planning and the organising that you all do about your future amuses us greatly and we wonder how long it will take for you to realise that it will happen when there is divine timing.

Divine timing means when all the "players" are in the right space or energy, it is about allowing the energy to create it for you. We are talking about the energy of the higher dimensions which many of you on Earth are working with at this time.

Because you chose this game of non-remembrance it will take time for many of you to understand how the energy works and how to work with it. Understand this - the energy is creative, it is about creating your reality. Creative being new ideas, new thoughts, new ways of living life. The fear that has for so long plagued your planet has been released and removed so now it becomes easier to learn how to create. Just start believing in yourselves as creative beings and masters. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the many lightworkers on your planet at this time, now becomes the time to live without fear!

We of the higher dimensions love this journey of yours and we love to watch as it unfolds. We watch eagerly to see how you will begin to create your reality now in the New Earth. We have faith and trust and we look forward to being part of the new Heaven on Earth!

Finding the Balance

This is an amazing time of truth and honesty. Truth about who and what you are and being honest with yourself and others. Now is the time to take a good honest look at yourselves and the lives that you lead. Are you being true to yourself? Does your life reflect that truth?? If not, it is now the time to make the necessary changes. The choice has been made by you and it is now time to accept the responsibility of that choice and to live your life through truth.Think of this time as a time of coming out, of finding yourself and the real person that resides in you all. The person that is the light and the love of God.

Many are experiencing a time of grief and loneliness as they let go of preconceived ideas of who and what they are meant to be. How you are meant to behave and how you are expected to live in this reality. Many are letting go of expectations that they created for themselves. Many are looking at the lives that they lead with confusion and fear as this isn't what they want or where they want to be. Allow yourself to grieve and to feel the pain of letting go - it is important not to bottle these emotions as they will just surface again and will block your progress forward. Most of you have no idea who you are - we of the higher regions know. We know that you are filled with light and love, we know that you are powerful and we are excited to see the first signs that you are becoming aware of this powerful love that resides in you all. You are finally seeing it and we know that soon you will acknowledge it and move your life to become more in line with the love and light that is your true self.

This of course will take time and not everyone will see or acknowledge this part of themselves at the same time and we urge you to find the love and compassion in your hearts and to send this love and compassion out to those that you see are suffering. It is a time of sharing the gifts of love and light that you have. It is so important to spread as much of this around as possible. Anger and fear are no longer a part of your new earth and it is time to go out and share with the people of your earth. Just by being yourself, spreading your light and love you begin to help so many. Most of you do not realise how much of an impact your love and light has on the people around you. You don't understand that just by walking around and being with others you are giving the light and love that is so necessary to help and to heal.

You who call yourselves "Lightworkers" have a responsibility to go out and to share your gifts, your love and your light. Accept that responsibility with grace and humility and do not worry about your financial issues or the abundance that you so rightly deserve. This will all come and the balance will be achieved. Leave the worry behind you and accept and trust that you are loved and cared for in every possible way. We will not let you suffer and all will be given to you. The frustrations and the worry that you have is blocking your path - release it and allow yourself to move forward and into the work that you have chosen to do!

We ask only that you feel love, joy, happiness and compassion for yourself and the people who share your earth with you. We support and love you unconditionally and look forward to watching the power of love lift you above all the "old world" problems and to a place of balance.

The "Venus Transit" Transition: Managing the Energies

With the effects and energy of the Venus Transit, most of you are going through a shift in your awareness and consciousness. You are becoming more aware of your connection to the Great Divine as well as your connection to the Collective Consciousness. You are realising that through this connection you are all intertwined, and you are becoming aware of the issues that need to be released and healed in your Collective Consciousness as well as those inside of yourself. You are learning that sometimes the issues that you are personally faced with have nothing to do with you, but need to be released and healed by yourself and others for the sake of the Collective Consciousness. You are learning about your soul path and what it is that you have chosen to do in coming to Earth.

With the Venus Transit, our Heart Chakra's were completely opened to help with the healing of the Earth and the Collective Consciousness. This opening has some physical symptoms:

• pain around the chest and upper back
• heartburn type feeling in the chest area
• extreme exhaustion
• aches and pains on the left hand side of the body

The reasons for the symptoms are that it has been so long since the Heart Chakra was this open, and it has been so long since this amount of feminine energy entered the Earth. You are also going through a grieving process, grieving for the loss of you past selves.

This is a time of upheaval, pain, release and healing and those that have already transitioned will be the least effected and those that are transitioning will be more affected. Again there are many that are searching and looking for answers and reasons for the experiences that they are having. Many are feeling traumatized and are needing help and healing due to the sometimes unexplained emotions or situations that they are faced with. Let us tell you again that this will pass and the transition will not be as long and painful as it has been in the past.

It is now time to heal your past and to allow the flow of universal energy, and to find the balance in all things. It is now time to understand what it is to live in the present and not to look to the past or the future for your answers. It is time to look at what is inside now - the answers are all there! Learn to trust yourself, to love yourself and to accept unconditionally. Know that we of the higher realms stand beside you - to help, to support and to love you! You are never alone and the guidance that you so desperately seek will be shown to you.

The time to choose has arrived. The choice - whether to strengthen the spiritual path that you have chosen or to stay as you are now and progress slowly. We tell you again that there is no right or wrong choice there is just what is good for you right now. Many have already made this choice and it has been a simple one, many of you are suddenly awakened to the fact that you have a choice and are desperately trying to find out what it is that you want. The search is a good one, but remember not to judge and to live from your heart and from a place of Love. Remember too how important unconditional love and acceptance are and what it means to be able to give unconditional love and acceptance to all those in your life. Do not judge those who you see as inferior or as not being "spiritual". Everyone has a path to follow and everyone with find their connection in the way that suits them best. Know that sometimes Spirit works in strange and wonderful ways and that it is not for you to say how Spirit is at work. Just accept and trust that all is as it should be.

The New Earth is here now! You are bringing Heaven to Earth and we applaud you! We look at you with wonder and delight as you start to discover the true nature of your spirit and the connection that you have to Spirit. Welcome home dear ones.

A New Beginning and a New Earth

Tonight on this very special lunar eclipse you will see a washing away of the fears, turmoil, suffering and pain that you have been experience for the last few months. This meeting together of the sun and the moon heralds a new time in life, a new cycle of life. A cycle that will be filled with peace, love, harmony and abundance. Those of you who have been going through deep personal transformations will reap the harvests of your hard work and dedication to cleanse and purifying yourselves as well as those around you. A time of greater understanding of each other and of the earth itself will begin to dawn with the new day. Hope will fill all your hearts and a joy that hasn't been felt in many months will begin to emerge. We of the higher realms are extremely pleased and excited with all of you and the work that you have accomplished. Let this time be one of joy and love. Let these emotions fill your heart and mind. We are overwhelmed with love and admiration for all that you have done for yourself, for others and for your planet. We are honored to be allowed to help and guide you during this time of transformation.

Many of you have been wondering what the point of all of this is pain, suffering and turmoil is. Well, we can only say that it is to create a new world, a new earth, one where everyone is in communion with each other and with nature. Where balance is achieved. This balance is one of the mind, body and spirit. A balance of all your energies, both masculine and feminine. Understand that you have now reached a time where you are in balance and so now you are ready to live this balance. To be and to speak your truth in every way. Many of you have been filled with sadness at things that seemed to have been removed, whether it be family, friends, material possessions or your own sense of identity. But the time is now for all of you to release the person that resides inside you all. The person that is connected and at one with the Divine. Allow this person to emerge, don't fight it or this will result in more chaos and unhappiness. Because to deny yourself is to deny God as you are one with God, with the universe and with the earth.

Once again we urge you to remember who you are, we urge you to live who you are. We tell you again that we are here to help, to guide and to love all of you. Just call on us for our help and we will offer it. Whether you take that help is up to you, remember that you still have free choice and free will as those are the laws of the universe.

Many will start to go through what is called a "spiritual awakening" and those of you that are already "awake" will need to be ready to help and to guide those that have just "awoken". It is time for you to start serving humanity and serving the planet. It is time for you to find what you call your "soul purpose" and to start living that purpose. You will find that things that have worked for you for so long, no longer serve you. Things that you have done and achieved will become meaningless and the urge to do "good" will be strong. You all need to take responsibility for your lives, the lives of others and the life of your planet and in doing this you will begin to serve God. In serving God you will find the strength that you need to walk tall and to feel proud of the person that you have become. In the past it was laughed at to say that you wanted to serve, but now not so many are laughing, they are joining in, they are making themselves ready for the service that they entered into when coming to earth again. Your time is up and the contract can no longer be extended. You are ready my dear ones - embrace yourself, embrace others and do not forget to embrace your earth!

Crossing the Bridge into the New Energy

"The time is drawing near and the closer it gets the easier things will be. The clearer the picture. The purpose will be revealed and will enable you to further your work in ways that are unexpected and exciting. You will begin to find the joy in life as heaven moves closer to earth.

The people that are your soul family will move closer to you and more and more connections will be made on a soul level. The negative energies are finding it harder and harder to work in this new environment that you have created. It will become easier to let go and to live in the moment. You are finally understanding the true nature of life, or the existence of life and you are learning to let go of control and allow things to unfold naturally.. Move with the new energy and you will find joy, happiness and success in everything that you do. Life will become simpler, easier and less complicated. The dramas that you create will no longer be allowed to unfold. These dramas create negative energy, negative emotions and negative relationships and will no longer find place in the higher dimensions.

In the future, relationships will be built on love, respect, acceptance and honesty. Fear and control will no longer find a place in any relationship.

As you allow yourself to flow with the new energy you will find that fear and control no longer serve you or the people around you. Laugh in the face of this nameless fear and embrace your true self!

We are ready and waiting to catch you once you have crossed the bridge. We are waiting to uplift you, to teach you, to help you to love and to teach you the way of love. Many of you do not understand the true nature of love but you are now being shown a mirror. A mirror of your soul. What does your soul look like? Do you love and accept your soul unconditionally?

These are questions that you will be faced with on a day to day basis. All of you are being asked to look at your true self, to learn to love your true self without fear. Without fear of rejection. Do not look at this as something negative, accept these questions joyfully as this is the path to true love and oneness!

Love, Trust and the Big Transition

Ah and so too will this chaos pass. Time will heal all wounds and time will reveal the true nature of your beingness. You are on the cusp of a huge transformation both personally and globally. We applaud your courage and the warrior spirit you have when confronted with your fears and believed limitations. We ask only that you stay true to yourselves and that you live life in the light. Bring light into your lives and find your path to oneness. Many of you are going through a time of upheaval and of uneasiness and many are trying desperately to find reasons and to apportion blame. The only reason is that you have created a time when the veils can to be lifted and for you to remember who you are and why you are here at this time. There is no one to blame!

Be aware of the choices you make at this time because you are now in the process of creating your future, a future that doesn't exist yet, but in time will become your reality. Be careful of what you wish for as your wishes shall become your world and your reality. Look at your life closely, accept the mistakes as lessons, forgive yourself and those that you have perceived to have hurt or harmed you. Those hurts where all part of your life plan to get you to the stage that you are in now. Without those hurts you would not have learnt, without those hurts you would not be who you are today. And you are a wondrous beautiful being and part of God. Do not judge yourself to harshly as this is like judging God. Remember that you are made in God's image and to judge that image is to go against your true self, your higher self and God. To judge can only bring anger, resentment and fear. This is not the way of light!

Ask for help. Whether it be from the angels, from your friends or from your family. It is vitally important now to create a global community of sharing, love, acceptance and honesty. It is your responsibility to help and to heal all those that need your love and your acceptance. In order for this to happen you need to see yourself clearly. And once again I talk about self love, unconditional love! How do we, the higher regions, help you to see this if you don't ask us for help. We surround you, we guide you and we love you unconditionally. But there is so little that we can do unless you ask. This life is not meant to be experienced as a burden, this life is meant to be enjoyed and cherished. We can help you, but again only if asked. Remember your connection to us, remember the agreement, remember to listen, to be aware, to be awake!

Now is the time to learn trust - trust of yourself. Once this has been remembered your connection to us will strengthen and you will not feel so alone and so lost. We can help you to find joy, to find love in yourselves as well as in others, we will help you in anyway that is needed. Once you have found your connection to us you will begin to feel and experience the deep peace of unconditional love. Remember that we are part of you just as you are part of each other, the connection between us lies in the link that we all have with God. We are all parts of God, little lights sent out into the night to experience and to report back. What will your report hold? Will it hold all the negative experiences and negative emotions that you think you experience or will it hold the love and joy that you have experienced? Once you start to live your life from a place of joy and love your experiences will be joyful and loving. The hard lessons that you think you need to experience in order to move forward are a figment of your reality. These hard lessons do not exist except to help create fear. And do not forget that fear is the opposite of love. You cannot experience love out of a fear based reality. And this is a reality that you have created. Now is the time to turn the tables on this fear and to change it into love. Love yourself and it will be so much easier to see love and to experience love in every aspect of your life. You need to remember that the reality that you live in was created by you and you have the ability to change that reality at any time. All it takes is a second of thought. It is that simple - no complex lessons here. One simple statement or affirmation like - "I love and accept myself unconditionally" can change your reality. Try it and see the love and joy that you will experience. Leave behind the fear and mistrust!

Earth Shift in April : Message for Lightworkers

April is to be a time of strife, turmoil and chaos. A time when humankind is forced to face who and what they have become. The tragedy will be that so few will realise what is actually happening. The planet with shift with the new moon on the 6th April.

We, in the higher regions, are trying our best to alert people to what is about to happen. There will be no going back. Just as you have battled to survive in the lower dimensions, so too will there be a balttle to survive in the higher ones.

Once again we tell you that not much will seem to change in your reality, but emotionally and spiritually the change will be huge.

We have told you and warned you about the chaos that is about to erupt! We have been preparing you so that you will be able to heal and help as many as possible.

At present many humans are cleansing your physical bodies to enable to them to hold the light of the higher dimensions more fully. This too shall pass. Do not be discouraged from your path, as this is what you choose to do and you do it so well, beloved ones!

When it gets too much call on me and I will relieve you of your burden for a time. You also need to use the Golden energy more fully. To use the energy you need to ground it by allowing it to run through you and into the ground. Also, spend time in nature, allowing the life force of the devas and elementals to energise and replenish your own life forces.

The shadow side or dark side of humanity is coming to the fore and you are going to need to be as light and as filled with light as much as possible in order to heal and help.

This change is upon you - you are now masters, accept the responsibility of this with open arms and a joyful heart! Play, have fun and live in the moment. Allow all that is wrong and negative to flow through you. Be at peace and accept your masterhood with grace and dignity like the Royals you are!

Stop worrying about abundance, it shall come when you least expect it. Carry on with your work as it is extremely important, even more so now.

Remember that you have the power to use this energy creatively and constructively. You have the ability to wallow in despair and sadness or to rise up and rejoice in your freedom. I suggest you stand up and rejoice - it is so much more fun.

Should you look into the flame of a candle you will see the perfect balance between blue, red and yellow. This is the balance that can be achieved with eh new Crystal energy pouring into the earth at the moment.

It is fire - and remember fire destroys to enable re-birth. Once this energy has been anchored into your world, the birth of the new earth will have been completed. As you are aware this shall happen in April.

All along this ascension process has been happening without our interference and without any plan, so to speak, you have all been the driving force behind the ascension process. We are in awe of what you have achieved thus far, but we now realise it is time for us to help. The "plan" was always to enable you all to access the 13th dimension, but once you helped to shift your entire planet into the 5th we saw some problems arise.

One of the biggest was the ease with which you were able to slip back into the 3rd and 4th dimensions. This couldn't be allowed to happen as it would hamper you ascension. So we stepped in and started you off on the journey to the 6th!

Once the planet has reached 6th the 3rd and 4th dimensions will disappear. This was always part of the plan, but as usual it has happened sooner than expected.

Managing the New Energies

We are here today to speak with you about the energies that have grounded since the shift at Harmonic Concordance. That shift is now completed, and you humans will be living with this new energy on a permanent basis. For many this will seem like absolute chaos. But we want you to understand that in this apparent chaos lies the opportunities for you to express your creativity and co-create a new reality of your own choosing.

Yes, it is time for you to choose what reality you would like to see on this planet. And you can choose to create a reality of peaceful co-creation.

But most people do not understand this on the conscious level. On the deeper level, the level of the higher group consciousness, you have all chosen to create this reality together. But, because many people are still asleep and are yet to wake up to their higher realities, they are filled with fear and anxiety when they perceive this new reality.

All the old certainties and structures have gone. The Indigo and Crystal children have brought in a new vibration at a much higher level, and they are helping you all to move to the new level of Christ or "Christed" consciousness.

At this time many people will be looking for answers and explanations. There will be much fear and anxiety arising, as many will have to encounter the deep fears in their own psyches, and will begin to project these outwards into the world.

We want you to understand this process so that you do not fall into fear, but allow the fear to pass through you and be released. As you clear the old energies of this and many lifetimes, you will have to encounter your deepest fears before you can reach into your most wonderful dreams. But be careful to own your fears and work through them. Do not seek to project them onto others, and see others as "evil" or "manipulative". Remember, as you work towards integration of your being, that all is within you, and when you hold the light and dark sides of your being in balance, then you realise that what you see in the outer world is no more than a reflection of what you hold in your inner world. And that there is nothing to fear. And that anything that you do not want or like can be changed.

Those of you who have been through your transition and have awakened, can now help those who are still in this process. You will need to be grounded. Many people find it very difficult to keep their feet on the earth and be here, that is, to be fully in the physical body. But you will find that as your consciousness moves to higher levels and you integrate the energies, you become more aware of your body than before, and begin to enjoy physicality even more. You have chosen to be here in the Earth illusion. It is to be enjoyed and managed with your creative powers.

At this time too, it is time to allow your light to shine as openly as possible. Those who are looking for answers will be drawn to you. It is up to you as lightworkers to show them how to survive in this new energy. And not only to survive, but to flourish - to play and create and enjoy the earth journey that they have chosen.

You need to strive to be calm and stress free. Yes, you will encounter stress and emotional turmoil in your daily lives. But do not hold onto it and do not get pulled into negative dramas. Rather let stress pass through you, release it or transmute it, and focus rather on what you can create that is joyful and light and fun for you. As you succeed in doing this, people will be attracted to you in order to understand the new patterns of living with this intensely creative new energy.

In conclusion we give you these keys for living in the new energy: Be grounded, and speak your truth. Be compassionate and unconditionally loving at all times. Feel your emotions and express them in a balanced way, and then let them pass through you. And hold the intention to co-create a new reality of love and peace for planet Earth.

Relationships in the New Energy

As we move into the New Energy, Relationships are going to be coming under increasing pressure. It will seem to many that their relationships are falling apart. Many will feel much love for their partner, but will be unable to make the relationship "work".

This is because in the old energy, relationships were often based on roles and belief systems that no longer have any validity. You have changed, the world has changed. It makes sense that your relationships must change as well.

Relationships must move into a space of total freedom and sharing. They must be made up of two people who have found their "wholeness" and can share with each other on the basis of this wholeness.

Too many relationships are based on weakness, fear and co-dependency. Where any of these issues exist, they will be lifted into the light by the New Energies. There they can be transformed and healed.

So, you are urged to see relationship issues that arise now as opportunities to heal and transform your relationship into something more balanced that will allow both partners to express who they are and follow their dreams and passions while still enjoying their shared time and space.

But understand, that as you pass through this transition, many people will feel scared and lonely and lost. They will not understand why their relationships no longer "work" as they used to. Many people may start to behave "out of character" as deeply repressed and unacknowledged angers and fears surface. They will begin to say "I did not know that I felt that way." This is healthy, as it will allow people to confront their true feelings, especially with regard to their relationships.

But many people will need help as they pass through this phase of release and balance. Some people will be so startled by the feelings that arise, that they may think they are suffering from "burn-out" or "going mad". If you work with people, you may need to help them through these crises. But do not take on their energies, just allow them to be where they need to be, and help them to understand what is happening to them.

Some relationships will end. These will be the relationships where there is an imbalance. Where one partner supresses the other, or where both are "locked into" unhealthy patterns of repression and compromise. Where it is better for the two people to part and explore who they are in their own time and space.

But know, that if a relationship does end, it will be an opportunity for that person eventually to find someone else who will be more suited to their needs. And as we move more into wholeness with ourselves, many people will connect with soulmates, and the relationships that they will enjoy will be miraculous and will transcend physical time and space.

Yes, in the new energy, you will move towards "conscious relating", where you will seek and find partners with whom you can explore and adventure on every level. And the relationships will be spontaneous and fun, and will not be "hard work" like so many relationships were in the past, when people battled to bring incompatible energies into balance out of a sense of duty or obligation.
